We understand each project is different, so our level of involvement is always tailored to your needs.
Planning Meeting
We arrange a time for a one-hour meeting with you or your real estate agent, at your home, to walk through your spaces and talk through your sales goals. We’ll discuss room-by-room recommendations to showcase the aspirational lifestyle of living in your property and achieve the best price at sale.
Project Outline
We refine a project outline of any structural work you may require for your property – including a timeline for tradespeople. We also give you access to our trusted suppliers and contractors. Helping you make cost effective decisions to achieve the best price at sale.
Styling Design
We thoughtfully prepare a décor shopping list to style your home – including products and costs. So, you can shop, or we can shop on your behalf, for the perfect styling décor to showcase your property.
Project Delivery
Once any structural work is complete and styling décor has arrived, we will meet with you or your real estate agent, at your home, to style your spaces in either the days leading up to, or the day of, your real estate photoshoot.
